Through experience gained from 1988, before the fundamental changes of 1994, and honed through the years of hard and robust law and bargaining environment changes, our team has a refreshing and positive methodology to develop and retain effective labour relations patterns in organisations with whom we work.

We deal extensively with conflict in organisations, both at the individual and the collective levels, from facilitation to representation to chairing of disciplinary hearings and conflict meetings.

We have significant experience with union involvement, at all levels, and have indepth knowledge of and experience in organisational and individual conflict management. Working closely with both legal professionals and organisational psychologists, we have a track record of sound solution finding.
