Contracts of Employment and Engagement

If we don’t start it right, how can we possibly end it good? (Forest Gump?)

We have over our years of involvement in this market, developed a unique and inspirational approach to the setting out of the employment relationship through a fundamentally alternative view on the contracting process and structure.

Ideally we would elect to spend some time with the leadership detailing the culture and practice of the organisation, and recognising its spoken or tacit set of organisational values, before drafting templates to reflect the needs that emerge.

And that’s the easy part!

Integrating new contractual standards, especially to existing staff can be sensitive and potentially creates opportunity for conflict and challenge to trust.  Communication and consultation forms a critical part of the implementation of a contracted understanding.  Leadership is called on to demonstrate example. 

We are well placed to facilitate the process of re-designing contractual relationships as an independent expert provider.
